Dindori police receive forensic van: Forensic officer awaits posting; SP says it will facilitate investigation into serious crimes.

In the Dindori district, serious crimes can now be investigated scientifically. The police have received a state-of-the-art mobile forensic van. On Saturday, Superintendent of Police Ashish Khare flagged it off from the Superintendent's office. This van will enable the collection of scientific evidence at the scene itself. Documentation and initial investigation will also take place on site. The technical branch of the police headquarters in Bhopal has introduced this facility to several districts across the state.
