Bhaskar Correspondent | The Scheduled Tribe caste certificate of Madhuri, wife of Prakash Patidar, the Sarpanch of Katargao Gram Panchayat in Maheshwar, Khargone Janpad Panchayat, has been revoked by the State High-Level Scrutiny Committee Bhopal as it was found to be fake and illegal. Following the decision, CEO Milind Kumar Nagdeve issued a show-cause notice under Section 40 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayati Raj and Gram Swaraj Act. The case is scheduled for September 24 in the District Panchayat Court.
