In the Bhopal area of India, a 10-year-old boy died on Monday morning after drowning in a pit filled with water from a closed mine in Kalkheda village, Ratibad police station area. The deceased has been identified as Shoaib, son of Iqbal Khan. He lived in Kalkheda with his family. A mournful atmosphere prevails in the village following the accident. According to the police, Shoaib had gone fishing near a pit filled with water about 100 meters away from his home on Monday morning.
