In Madhya Pradesh, continuous rainfall has led to flood-like conditions in Satna, Chitrakoot, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, and Panna. Chitrakoot has been experiencing torrential rain for the past 18 hours. The Mandakini River is currently flooding by approximately 30 feet. Due to strong currents, a 300-meter long, 25-foot high bridge over Ramghat has been washed away. An alert has been issued in 36 villages. Ramghat and Bharatghat are completely submerged. Approximately 400 shops along the ghats have been flooded. Floodwater is flowing through Nayagaon Rajmahal.
