In Indore, the Food Safety Administration conducted a thorough inspection drive at prominent hotels and the Shri Khajrana Ganesh Temple premises on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. During the operation, the quality of food items, kitchen hygiene, storage, temperature control, and food preparation process were examined. The team collected 31 food samples from various establishments, which are being sent to the State Food Testing Laboratory in Bhopal for analysis.
