Armed hooligans run amok on Rasulgarh Canal Road, car damaged

Armed hooligans unleashed terror on Canal Road in the Rasulgarh area of Bhubaneswar during the early hours of Thursday, damaging a car parked by the roadside. Laxmisagar police have detained two persons in connection with the incident.
