Preparations are underway for the Haridwar Kumbh 2027 as part of these initiatives, with a plan to make access routes to religious sites and railways and roadways more convenient. Under this scheme, the approval of the Kumbh Mela proposal will improve pedestrian facilities in the pilgrimage city. Approximately 65 lakh rupees are being spent on these transportation projects.
