Dehradun: A fake owner was created and ₹97 lakh was defrauded by giving land as a gift; an FIR has been registered against three accused.

Karan Sharma, a resident of Uttam Nagar in Delhi, was defrauded out of 97 lakh rupees by a land deal. The fraudsters replaced the real owner of the land with someone else and created a gift deed in favor of the victim.
