Dehradun Certificate Forgery Case: The middleman from Tehsil and his accomplice arrested, several others under investigation.

In the certificate forgery case, the SIT has arrested two more people. One is a middleman from a tehsil, and the other is his accomplice, an operator of a mobile phone shop.
