Delhi: A young woman received an invitation on WhatsApp to meet up with him, but upon arriving at a cafe, she was slapped and beaten for the bill of ₹21,000.

A case has come to light in East Delhi, Anand Vihar, where a young man was trapped and beaten by someone using WhatsApp, and then forced to pay extortion money.
