Delhi: Preparations are underway to build another ring road to alleviate traffic congestion; the 55 km long elevated corridor will be constructed in six phases.

To alleviate traffic congestion, the Delhi government has prepared a master plan for a parallel ring road. The government has allocated 10 crore rupees in the 2026-27 budget for its feasibility study.
