Delhi: A dumper truck ran over friends returning from their friend's birthday party, killing one and leaving another in critical condition; treatment is ongoing.

In the Laxmi Nagar area, on Sunday night, two friends returning from a friend's birthday party were hit by a dumper. One friend died on the spot in the accident, while the other was seriously injured.
