Delhi building collapse: Absconding PG operator Shubham Tyagi surrenders, gets 2 days’ police custody

Shubham Tyagi, an absconding paying guest operator involved in the Satya Niketan building collapse that killed seven people, including five students, has surrendered and is held under police custody for two days. Investigators are also examining evidence related to another suspect, Sudhanshu Lovneesh, who is currently in custody.
