Delhi: Driver declared habitual violator, faces license suspension for 208 violations

A driver in Delhi has been declared a habitual violator and faces license suspension after accumulating 208 violations. Police spent about 20 days tracking the driver, who had provided an incorrect mobile number linked to his driving license.
