‘Drunk’ thar driver rams into vehicles, dog in CR Park

A Mahindra Thar, reportedly driven recklessly by an intoxicated man with two passengers, caused damage to several parked vehicles and injured a stray dog in a residential area of south Delhi's Alaknanda near Chhitranjan Park.
