Gangster Kala Jatheri visits native village on 7-hour custody parole after birth of twin daughters

Gangster Kala Jatheri, on a seven-hour custody parole from Dwarka court, visited his native village to participate in religious ceremonies following the birth of his twin daughters through IVF. He returned to Delhi's Central Jail upon completion of the parole period.
