'Hands, legs tied': Class 6 Delhi girl 'sexually assaulted' inside shop after being lured

A Class 6 student was allegedly assaulted after being lured into a shop. The 56-year-old accused, Maqsood, was arrested and sent to judicial custody. Police received a PCR call on the night of September 16 regarding the incident. The girl was allegedly lured into a tailoring shop and tied up.
