INDIA bloc to march to EC today over Gyanesh Kumar row: Traffic curbs, heavy security in place

The India bloc is set to march to the Election Commission today to protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, with traffic curbs and heavy security in place to manage the event and maintain order. About 4,000 police and security personnel have been deployed in New Delhi.
