As the monsoon slows down in Haryana, westerly winds have begun to show their effect. Due to changes in the air and strong sunlight during the day, a rapid increase in both daytime and nighttime temperatures has been recorded across the state. According to the Meteorological Department, the average maximum temperature in the state was approximately 1.9 degrees Celsius higher than normal.
