Manpal Dhilla, who arrived in Cambodia on parole from jail about eight years ago, is now starting a new chapter of his life. Manpal, serving a life sentence for several serious criminal cases including murder, will get married on September 24th. For this, he has received a 12-hour custody parole from the High Court. During the parole, which runs from 8 am to 8 pm, he will take seven rounds (seven circumambulations) with his bride, Metachan, according to Hindu rituals. The wedding is in Jhajjar.
