Three minors escaped from the bathroom window: one escaped from the Faridabad juvenile correction home, one was caught at home in Gurugram, and there is no trace of the other two.

A picture has surfaced of the window in the bathroom of the juvenile correction home in the NIT area of Faridabad, from which 17 minor inmates escaped. They were found missing when everyone was counted at 6 pm. The three-story juvenile correction home houses around 240 children and is guarded by 20 security personnel. However, the police were able to locate one of the escapees about 40 hours later through a team from the Crime Branch Sector 48.
