27 posts vacant in Haryana Pollution Board: 41 officers on deputation, 7 given additional charge; revelation in RTI

Despite the National Green Tribunal's (NGT) directives, a shortage of officers and technical staff has been reported in the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB). In information sought under RTI, the board stated that 27 out of 483 sanctioned posts are vacant. Meanwhile, 41 officers are posted on deputation, and 7 officers have been given additional charge as Regional Officers (ROs). This information was provided by Varun Gul, a resident of Delhi.
