The FIR registered against IAS officer D. Suresh in Gurugram reveals that a conveyance deed for property worth ₹3.5 crore was transferred for ₹6.71 lakh, and the default property was transferred under the guise of another plot.

The Haryana State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau has registered an FIR against nine individuals, including IAS officer D. Suresh, in connection with the alleged illegal transfer of a plot by the Haryana Urban Development Authority in Sector 23. After a seven-year investigation, the ACB filed its FIR in the case, naming former chief administrator of HSVP, D. Suresh Kumar, as well as former estate officer Mukesh Kumar, assistant Krishna Kumar, clerk Hanuman Singh, and businessman SK Khos.
