Vatika Group CMD Anil Bhalla and Promoter Gautam arrested: ED takes them on remand until October 3rd for defrauding homebuyers in Gurugram.

The Enforcement Directorate's Gurugram zonal office has taken a major action by arresting Anil Bhalla, Chairman and Managing Director of the real estate giant company M/S Vatika Limited, and its promoter Gautam Bhalla. The central investigative agency made this arrest under charges of money laundering. Both accused were presented before the special court in Gurugram, from where the court remanded them to ED custody until October 3, 2026.
