Prior to the commencement of the session, a Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Harvinder Kalyan on the first day. Senior leaders from both the ruling and opposition parties, including Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda, discussed the functioning of the House and various issues. According to the schedule released by the Assembly Secretariat, the initial day will feature a condolence motion.
