In Gurugram, India, a resolution scheme initiated by the HSVP to resolve disputes related to plot enhancement has provided discounts of over ₹494.49 crore to default plot holders in 53 sectors. The authority has set December 31, 2026, as the deadline for residents to avail the benefits of this scheme. Under the scheme, residential plots, floor-wise registered plots, and group housing are eligible for discounts.
