The Panipat police have put an end to the loot empire of Hakim Khan, a notorious criminal who was wanted for ₹5,000 and had been running a network of robbery, theft, and dacoity in half a dozen districts of Haryana, posing a threat to the police. Hakim Khan, who was on the run after committing a robbery in Tralla, Panipat, was arrested by the police from Rohtak based on a tip-off. The accused has 16 serious criminal cases registered against him in different districts of the state.
