The Haryana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) team arrested Kundan Singh, the station in-charge of Punhana City Police Station in Nuh district, from his police station on Monday. The allegation is that the SHO demanded one lakh rupees in exchange for dropping a name in a rape case. However, the deal was finalized for 50 thousand rupees. The complainant informed the ACB team about this. After verifying the complaint, the ACB laid a trap and arrested the SHO red-handed while taking a bribe of 50 thousand rupees.
