Gurugram Municipal Corporation JE suspended: The complaint was shown as resolved without being addressed; notice issued to two other junior engineers.

The Gurugram Municipal Corporation has taken strict action for negligence in resolving complaints. Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya suspended a junior engineer for showing a sewerage overflow complaint as resolved without resolution. This action was taken after an inquiry into the complaints at a meeting held on October 2nd at the PWD Rest House. Two other junior engineers were also given show-cause notices in connection with complaints related to Palam Vihar and Village Basai.
