The owner of the approximately 40-year-old building that collapsed in Delhi's Satya Niketan on Sunday is Hari Ram Bansal. He resides in Sector-23, Gurugram. Hari Ram Bansal has two sons; one is a pilot, while the other, Anand Bansal, runs a paint shop in Sector-23. His neighbors only reported that the family is well off. Since the building collapsed, Hari Ram Bansal has been absconding. The Delhi Police have issued a lookout circular against him.
