A commotion erupted at the Bhigan toll plaza on National Highway-44 in Sonipat last night. Following a dispute between toll personnel and vehicle drivers, long queues of vehicles formed at the toll plaza. Soon after, a situation similar to a traffic jam arose on lanes 1 and 2 of the toll plaza. This caused significant inconvenience to pedestrians in the darkness of the night. According to reports, a Canter truck was stopped for not having a FASTag, while buses were stranded behind it, originating from Panipat.
