The power department has been rocked by a petition filed by 'Eleven Power Private Limited' to obtain a parallel electricity distribution license in the Gurugram and Nuh revenue districts. The Haryana Power Engineers Association has raised serious questions about the transparency and impartiality of this entire process, warning of an agitation.
