Telangana SIR woes: Over 40 lakh hearing dates lapsed, 9L notices undelivered

Telangana's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls has experienced major delays in notice deliveries and hearings. More than 40 lakh hearing dates have lapsed, and over nine lakh notices remain undelivered.
