Park facing deterioration: Private companies are not willing to take over the deteriorating Regional Park, and this is their sixth attempt now.

The regional park in Pipla Palap, which has been facing a long-term decline due to broken tiles and granite at the entrance gate, as well as the closure of its musical fountain, is once again being put up for private ownership. After five unsuccessful attempts to find a private agency on a PPP model, the municipal corporation has now issued a tender to appoint a consultant. The consultant will be responsible for the park's redevelopment, investment, and technical and financial modeling for operation under the PPP model.
