At 12 o'clock, cheers erupted, and Kanha was born. Devotees flocked to the temples of Madhya Pradesh; Mahakal was adorned in his Krishna form, and fireworks were set off in Ratlam.
At 12 am, the air in Madhya Pradesh resonated with chants of 'Nand ke ghar anand bhayo, jai kanhaiya lal ki'. The birth anniversary of Lord Krishna was celebrated at temples across the state, including Ujjain, Bhopal, Indore, Ratlam, Khandwa, Bhind, and Tikamgarh. Devotees performed aarti, swung Kanha in a cradle, and offered prasad. In Ujjain, Lord Mahakal was specially adorned as Lord Krishna, while a large number of devotees gathered at the ISKCON temple to celebrate the birth anniversary.
