In Indore, a fraud involving fake SIM cards worth ₹16.60 lakh has been detected. The accused has been arrested by the Crime Branch and was previously involved in two cyber cases in Uttar Pradesh for using these SIM cards.

The Crime Branch has arrested a POS agent under Operation FAST-2.0 for allegedly misusing documents to fraudulently activate SIM cards. The investigation revealed that the suspect's mobile was used in two cybercrime cases registered in Uttar Pradesh, involving a fraud of ₹16,60,991. The suspected SIM activated from the mobile shop belongs to Additional DCP Crime Branch Rajesh.
