The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has reserved its order after hearing a case related to the removal of trees and the natural habitat of birds for the construction of an proposed underground metro station in the Rani Sarai area. The case was argued by Advocate Abhinav P. Dhanodkar on behalf of Padma Shri Bhalu Mondhe, President of The Nature Volunteers Society. An intervention application has been submitted to the court.
