On Saturday, the Food Safety Administration team conducted an inspection of food safety and hygiene arrangements in food establishments around the bus stand in Indore. The inspection revealed that many establishments lacked essential documents and food safety-related arrangements. In some places, there were no medical certificates for employees, while in others, water and food testing reports were not available. At Nilkanth Bhojanalaya, roti was found to be adulterated with news-paper.
