The Khajrana Ganesh Temple in Indore has, for the first time, taken out a public liability insurance policy worth 20 crore rupees to ensure the safety of devotees who visit during the 10-day Ganesh Utsav. The insurance was purchased as an additional layer of protection, considering the large number of devotees expected to attend the festival. Under the policy, devotees visiting the temple premises during the Ganesh Utsav are covered for any unforeseen expenses incurred by them.
