High Court directs Information Commission: Verdict on voter data for 230 assembly constituencies in 45 days; booth-wise information matter

The Indore bench of the High Court has directed the State Information Commission to decide within a timeframe on the case related to seeking booth-wise information regarding names removed from the voter list during a special summary revision in Madhya Pradesh. The court has also asked petitioner Dilip Kaushal's second appeal pending with the State Information Commission to be disposed of within 45 days based on merits and demerits. The commission is also required to provide a copy of its decision to the petitioner.
