In Indore, a procession was held on Gogam Navami: more than 65 floats from 28 Valmiki settlements participated in the procession, and the community gathered at Rajbada.

In Indore, the Valmiki Samaj celebrated the Navami of their revered Veer Gogadev with great devotion and enthusiasm on Saturday. Attractive processions, flags, and Akharas from around 28 Valmiki settlements in the city marched through the evening, accompanied by bands and music. All the flags reached Rajbada by approximately 9 pm. The procession then proceeded to the Veer Gogadev Chauhan temple located at Pandharinath via Yashwant Road. This time, more than 65 flags will participate in the procession.
