A special SC-ST court on Monday dismissed the complaint filed by Pratap Karosiya, Chairman of the Safai Karmachari Commission. The complaint involved Police Commissioner Santosh Singh, then DCP Vinod Meena, ACP Ashish Patel, and then TI of Azadnagar police station, Neeraj Medha, among others.
