An inspection of 3 hotels and restaurants in the Indore area, including Ranjit Lake View in Bhopal, revealed fried items with black impurities, open dustbins, and papaya seeds mixed into the pepper.

The Food Safety and Drug Administration team inspected three major hotels-restaurants in Bhopal on Monday. These include Hotel Ranjit Lake View, Babu Ki Kutia, and Sagar Garage Restaurant. While some places had blackened frying pans, others had open dustbins. The team took samples of pepper and gravy from these locations and sent them for testing. This action was taken on the instructions of the Commissioner Food Safety and Controller Food and Drug Administration.
