A businessman had ordered gold from Mumbai to Indore, but a courier worker removed 11 gold chains worth 4 million rupees from the parcel.
A gold courier parcel, which was sent from Mumbai to Indore, has been stolen, revealing the theft of 11 chains. When a jeweler opened the parcel and weighed the contents, he found that 273.370 grams of gold were missing. The value of the stolen gold is estimated to be over ₹40 lakh. Suspicion fell on the courier delivery employee. According to Rajkumar Litoria, a jeweler and TI (Transport Inspector), police have arrested Ashok Goyal, son of Ritik, a resident of Dwarkapuri, in connection with the case. According to the police, Ritik is from Mumbai.
