Rs 40.19 lakh sugar supply outstanding: Alleged abuse and threats when demanding payment, case filed against two individuals.

Ritic Kumar Jain, a resident of Mahaveer Colony in Ashoknagar, has accused three factories in Indore of not paying him ₹40.19 lakh for sugar supply. Based on his complaint, the City Kotwali police have registered a case against Vijay Jaiswani and Tarun Jaiswani. The police have registered a case under sections 316(2), 351(2), 296(B) and 3(5) of the BNS Act and have started an investigation. Ritic Jain alleged that both firms supplied sugar to three factories.
