Five samples from Sayaji Hotel, including paneer and pistachio, have failed: adulteration was also found in 18 ghee samples, as well as defects in milk, yogurt, and paneer.

The Food Safety Administration in Indore is continuing its crackdown on adulteration and quality issues in food products. An investigation report released on Wednesday revealed that out of the 8 food samples taken from Sayaji Hotel, five were found to be deficient. Additionally, all 16 ghee samples taken from Duggu Enterprises and Krish Enterprises were also found to be unsafe. Based on the report, legal action is being taken against the concerned food business owners under the Food Safety and Standards Act.
