Indore: Lakhs of rupees swindled by selling mortgaged plots: fraud in 50 plots of Shrinath Township; case against 4 builders, accused of taking full amount from buyers.

A case has come to light in the Lasudia police station area of Indore, India, where buyers were defrauded of lakhs of rupees by selling mortgaged plots. It is alleged that colonizers and builders concealed information from buyers about the plots of Shrinath Township being already mortgaged. Subsequently, they fraudulently registered the property and collected the full amount from them. After investigating the complaint and documents, the Lasudia police have registered charges of fraud and conspiracy against the four accused.
