Preparation for Simhastha: 50 percent of the work on Lalbagh, the important bridge between Ujjain and Omkareshwar, and 65 percent of the work on the Rajbada Darbar Hall, is complete.

For Simhastha-2028, Indore is being considered as an important bridge between Ujjain and Omkareshwar, but only two major projects have been approved in the city in the name of Simhastha. Among these, the restoration and garden redevelopment work of Lalbagh Palace has been 50% completed, and the conservation and development of Rajbada's Darbar Hall has been 65% completed. Some work has already been done in a part of Rajbada, while in Lal Bagh, work on carving with red stones and boundary walls is ongoing.
