Indore's Apollo Tower with 600 shops sealed: Action taken for not installing fire safety equipment, notice issued a month ago.

In Indore, India's Indore area, the municipal corporation team sealed Apollo Tower on Wednesday. Approximately 600 shops operate here. The municipal corporation took this action due to non-compliance with fire safety norms. Prior to this, the municipal corporation had issued a notice a month ago. Flexes were also placed on the tower. Even after a month, fire safety equipment was not installed there. Building Officer Ankesh Birtharia stated that the municipal corporation is constantly monitoring fires in the city.
