21 accused summoned in ₹66 crore bank loan scam: ED presents challan against Ruchi Global, properties worth ₹5.13 crore already attached in Indore.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a prosecution complaint (challan) on October 1st in the special PMLA court in Indore regarding a bank loan case involving approximately ₹66 crore from Ruchi Global Limited (now Agrotread Enterprises Limited). The court has issued notices to 21 accused individuals and entities involved in the case, summoning them for pre-cognizance hearings. Based on the CBI's FIR, the ED initiated an investigation into the matter, which began with a CBI, Bhopal FIR.
